Parents may be directly involved with the school in many ways.

Volunteering to help in community activitiies, supporting and coaching in any of the many and varied co-curricular programs, helping the 'Dragon' ladies to run the Dragon Shop, organising fund-raising events throughout the year, and of course by active membership of the Parent-Faculty Organization (PFO), Parent Advisory Groups (PAGs), and Grade Level meetings.

Parents of our students as well as the students themselves, are precious to us.

As time passes, parents and students who have passed through the school become 'Friends of HKIS', often remaining actively involved in the ongoing evolution of HKIS.

Being in-touch  with parents is a vital part of the HKIS approach to 'developing each child into a knowledgaable, responsible  and whole person.'
