The HKIS Booster Club is a non-profit, parent volunteer organization whose purpose is to heighten school spirit, establish sports traditions and increase the involvement of both students and parents in school activities.  The Booster Club provides funding and volunteer support, strengthening the total offerings of athletic and extra-curricular activity programs at HKIS.

As a parent of an HKIS student you are automatically a member of the Booster Club.

With the help of over fifty parent volunteers, the Booster Club operates the Dragon Shop, adjacent to the High School Cafeteria on the Tai Tam campus.  In addition to selling uniform apparel for all four school divisions, the shop sells stationery supplies, giftware and spirit items.  Income earned from the shop's sales is allocated to extra-curricular student clubs and organizations throughout HKIS.

Athletics

• Traveling uniforms for all Athletic and Performing Arts students representing HKIS in competitions outside of HKIS.
• High School Athletic Council polo shirts.
• Pitching machines for both softball and baseball.
• Weight-room equipment.
• "Home of the Dragons" banner for the High School gym.
• Funding for the Annual HKIS Sports Banquet.

• Purchased four LCD screens and computer equipment for the High School.
• Purchased health posters and leaflets for the Tai Tam Health Office.
• Funded the maintenance and sponsor stipend for the HKIS mascot, Torch.
• Sponsored the photographer for the Junior/Senior Prom.
• Organiozed monthly Spirit Events in the High School and Middle School.
• Supplied free candy to students visiting the Dragon Shop.
