This page contains documents accessed by other pages in the www website via on-page links.

Documents may be added to this page in EDIT mode as follows: -

1. In the Document Store section below Click Attach
2. In the Dropdown box Click Browse
3. Find and select your document by clicking on it and Click Open
4. When the document description appears in the dropdown box - Click Save
5. The new document appears at the bottom of the list in the dropdown box
6. Click Save

Documents listed may be accessed and linked to a web pages as follows: -

1. Copy the selected document title in the Document Store below by highlighting and using Control-Ccommand
2. Return to your working page
3. Click EDIT on the working page
4. Type in your text and/or highlight the word to be clicked for linking to the document
5. Click the 'Create Link' icon (the chain-link) in the text area Top menu-toolbar.
6. In the drop-down box type in http://www.hkis.edu.hk/upload/1338/
7. Place your cursor to the right of the last / and press Control V to paste the document title
8. In the lower box click the down symbol on the RHS of the box and select Open in a new window.
9. Click OK
