Every year, middle school students take part in PEAK.  This is a time for students to spend a week away from home and school exploring different countries, cultures and activities, while making new friends.

Students get ‘hands on’ experience pursuing activities in groups, taking in new sights, participating in local activities and crafts, tasting different foods, crossing different and challenging terrains, and developing their leadership, character and interpersonal skills along the way.

In previous years students have visited different parts of China, including Beijing, Hainan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Yangshuo, Moganshan, Lijiang, and Taiwan.  Wherever they were the students gained new insights and a greater understanding of Chinese people, their culture, local geography and language, as well as having a fantastic time.

Here are a few snapshots from one China adventure

PEAK week opens the door to many new experiences, and worlds that our students never knew existed.
