Faculty:

• Recruitment process for the following school year begins each October and continues through to March.
• HKIS strives to expedite the recruitment process and job interviews and hiring decisions are often completed by Christmas.
• Potential faculty may be required to provide a video of their teaching practice.

We strongly recommend that potential candidates apply as early as possible.

• We typically attend the following recruitment fairs: Search Associates in Bangkok and Cambridge; and ISS in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Boston (Philadelphia).
• Applications NOT received through recruitment fairs must be received via our online job application system.
  

Support Staff :

• Recruitment occurs throughout the year for full-time, part-time and contract positions within our various support services, which are advertised on our web page, and frequently in print media.  

Services Scope of Support Staff :

• Functional departments: Human Resources, Accounting, Finance and Procurement.
• Administrative departments: Admissions, Divisional and Departmental Secretaries and Receptionists, and Transportation.
• Facilities departments: Building and Property Management
• Technical departments: Educational Technology Services and Audio-Visual
• Capital Fund-raising
• Communications departments: Public Relations, Alumni, Communications and Publications
