Rail
The Airport Express is one of the world's leading Airport railway systems and offers you swift, sure links between Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and Hong Kong's vibrant Central business hub. The 35.3km journey between the Airport and the city takes as little as 24 minutes.
Airport Express is a dedicated airport railway providing fast and reliable service to passengers. The operating hours are 0550 to 0115 daily. (last train departs from Airport and Hong Kong Stations at 0048 hour) Trains run at 12-minute intervals. The journey time between Airport and downtown is about 24 minutes.
Free services of In-town Check-in, and scheduled shuttle buses are available at Hong Kong and Kowloon stations for Airport Express passengers. Passengers can check-in and collect their boarding passes up to one day in advance or up to 90 minutes before take-off. Furthermore, free porter service is available at all Airport Express stations to help carry Airport Express passengers' luggage.
Taxis
Taxis are readily available from the taxi pick-up area in front of the Arrivals Hall. All taxis can go to and from the airport. All fares are metered and there are fare details inside each cab.
Buses
There are nine convenient Airbus routes called “A” routes that can take you to and from the airport with fewer stops than an ordinary city bus. Fares range between HK$14 and HK$45. When you exit the Arrivals Hall, turn right for Airbuses and ordinary city buses (“E” route buses).
