Drop-off and Pick-up
Where should I wait to collect my child after a 4pm activity?
Students that elect private pick up, will be dismissed outside the front lobby doors on the 1st floor. The activity provider will dismiss the child into your care, please do not collect the child without their knowledge. Parents and guardians that remain on campus are asked to wait in the main lobby, not within the building.
4pm Pick up Procedures
We encourage parents not to drive to the Repulse Bay Campus to collect your child unless it is unavoidable. Please do not enter the road to the main entrance road if the 4pm bussed have NOT departed.
If the buses are still parked for 4:00pm dismissals, we suggest that you turn right towards the bridge to the UPS campus and drive to the end turning circle and slowly return. The buses generally depart on time, but they take a while to exit the street, cars should be free to enter the bus lay-by and collect their child after 4:05pm.
4pm Drop off Procedures
We recommend public transport for those that are dropping off for a 4:00pm activity, as there's no parking available on campus. If you arrive by car or taxi please turn right towards the bridge to disembark. All children should enter through the main stairs and proceed past the Activities Office to the community stairwell, closest to the UPS bridge.
Please do not stop in front of the car parking boom gates or try to enter the road in front of the main entrance while busses are still parked.
Drop off and pick up @ 5pm or on Weekends?
I recommend public transport for those that want to remain on campus during a 5:00 pm activity, as there's no parking available.
All students should enter through the main stairs and proceed past the Activities Office on the 1st floor to the community stairwell, the one closest to the UPS bridge.
<PHOTOS OF ENTRANCE>
Please note that parents wishing to enter the campus will either need to use their HKIS ID card or register with security on the ground floor.
Parents or guardians may escort their child to the activity, however parents and siblings should not remain in the building or access any indoor facilities. When the 1st floor lobby doors are closed parents should wait on the seating area to the right of the lobby doors. Grade 1 and Grade 2 students will be permitted to change buses normally the first Monday in September.
