Please read the online registration and payment procedures below before registering:
Course descriptions can be viewed by clicking the "course selection and registration" tab.
Filter by grade or multiple grades, session and time-slot and press the "Filter courses" tab, and scroll down to see the available courses.
To see a brief description of the course, click on the plus (+) symbol in front of the course title. If you want to see the entire course details, click on the course title. Please note this will open in a new window, to return, simply close this window.
Once you have selected the course/s for your child, you check (√) the box in front of the course title/s and scroll up and press "register". This will take you to our new online registration page where you will need to input student information and parent contact information etc.
If you are a HKIS family please have your student number ready, this can be found by logging into powerschool, or you can locate it on your billing invoices, or for older students, it is the numbers used in your child's HKIS email address.
At completion of registration you will submit and receive an acknowledgement and asked to proceed to payment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, YOUR PLACE IN THE COURSE IS NOT SECURED.
After your online registration is complete you will receive an acknowledgement and be directed to the secure online payment site. Please follow the directions on the site.
If payment is not made within four (4) days of registration your registration will automatically be deleted. Please contact the summer programs office if you have an issue making payment within this timeframe.
When payment is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation. The Summer Programs office will review all applications and once accepted into the course you will receive a notification regarding your acceptance within seven working days upon receipt of your payment.
HKIS staff should contact the Summer Programs Office before making any payment.
2. Lunch Service - In previous years, we have offered a lunch service by Sodexho. However, due to the current restrictions around eating on campus, no lunch service will be provided this year. An update will be sent out to the community at a later date if we are given approval to resume our lunch service.
