Registration Process

 

Please read the Covid-19 guidelines and protocols , online registration and payment procedures  CAREFULLY before registering:

Course descriptions can be viewed by clicking the "course selection and registration" tab.

Filter by grade or multiple grades    ⇒   session and time-slot    ⇒   press the "Filter courses" tab, and scroll down to see the available courses.

To see a brief description of the course, click on the plus (+) symbol in front of the course title. If you want to see the entire course details, click on the course title. Please note this will open in a new window, to return, simply close this window.

Once you have selected the course/s for your child/children, you check (√) the box in front of the course title/s and scroll up and press "register". This will take you to our new online registration page where you will need to input student information and parent contact information etc.

If you are a HKIS family member please have your student number ready, this can be found by logging into powerschool, or you can locate it on your billing invoices, or for older students, it is the numbers used in your child's HKIS email address.

Upon completion of registration, you will receive an acknowledgement confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, YOUR PLACE IN THE COURSE IS NOT YET SECURED.

After your online registration is complete you will receive an acknowledgement and a payment notification which will be due immediately.

Please process payment once you receive the notification. Please contact the Summer Programs Office if you have an issues making payment.

When payment is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation. The Summer Programs office will review all applications and once accepted into the course you will receive a notification regarding your acceptance within 14 working days upon receipt of your payment.

HKIS staff should contact the Summer Programs Office before making any payment.

These services are managed directly by the following service Providers:

1. School Bus Services. Please register online with Kwoon Chung Motors Co. Ltd. Registration will open in March.

2. Lunch Service - Students will have the option of ordering lunch through our caterer Sodexo or bring their own packed lunch to school. For more information about our lunch service please click here

 

 

If you attempt to register too close to the deadline, your course selection may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment. Most courses only require a minimum of eight students for a class to run.

Registration after application deadline will incur a HK$500 late fee per student; late applications will be accepted at the discretion of the Summer Program Coordinator.
