- Lower Primary students enrolled in a 4 p.m. RB based activity
- Dismissal from RB at 4 p.m.
- Changes to regular 4 p.m. transport
If your child is attending an RB based activity, there is no need to make a bus change.
The registered students will be transitioned from their classroom to the activity and handed into the care of the coaches/instructors.
At 3:50 p.m. your child will be escorted to the 4 p.m. bus. Please make sure you have provided the activity provider with your 4 p.m. bus number or preferred dismissal.
When an RB based class finishes at 3:50 p.m., the coach will escort the students to their 4 p.m. bus.
While students can be picked up at 4 p.m. I strongly encourage all families to make use of the after school bus service. To take up the bus option, please provide your child's 4 p.m. bus number to the activity provider.
While bus to bus changes are not permitted, parents are able to request a change from a bus rider to a private pick up on a one off basis. However, to maintain student safety during the 4:00pm dismissal we recommend changes are kept to a minimum.
All change requests should be submitted through the Repulse Bay 4:00pm dismissal request system, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that your request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Activities Office. Once it is confirmed you do not need to inform the bus company, teachers or the activity provider, this will all be addressed through the activities dismissal system.
