After School Care Program (UP)

After School Care Program (Upper Primary)

HKIS After School Care is provided for Upper Primary students only, who are registered in activities that start at 4:00pm, 4:15pm or 4:30pm at the Tai Tam campus. The care program should only be used by those that are unable to make it home and back to school in time for their class. At the end of the school day those registered in after school care must check in with the assigned staff at the Amphitheatre, located on the first floor, no later then 3:15pm.

Students will have the opportunity to either stay inside to do homework/quiet activities or go outside to the Amphitheatre. Adult supervision will be provided in both areas. During this indoor time we expect pupils to maintain an atmosphere conducive to the academic tone of the school.

Students registered in a 4:00pm, 4:15pm or 4:30pm class to be held at Tai Tam campus will automatically be added to the After School Care register. Prior to the first session you will be notified by email that your child is registered for the care program. If you do not wish to use this service you must notify the Activities Office at least two days before the scheduled After School Care session.

Please note, those registered on the AQHI list can report to the library.

If your child is going to be at school, but will not attend an after school care session or activity they are registered in, please contact us at least two working days in advance at
