Primal Srength offers group strength training to HKIS students and adults to improve body composition, athletic performance and daily lifestyle. We are committed to providing a holistic and scientific approach to training from one of the best equipped training facilities in Hong Kong here at HKIS.
We expertly program a staple diet of traditional strength exercises, executed with safe and effective technique and compliment them with appropriate assistance exercises. This is in stark contrast to the current trend in the fitness industry, where trainers hop from program to program based on the latest bogus fitness craze. Primal Strength represents a return to the basics – to the methods that consistently get results.
One of the cornerstones of our success is our group-training model. We firmly believe that training as part of a team is the optimal way to stay motivated and drive towards improvements in performance and body composition. Our classes are limited to 12 to ensure coaching is potent while maintaining the team environment.
