Inquiry Common Agreements

Beliefs: Inquiry

We believe that inquiry is an approach to learning that is driven by student curiosity as a way to construct understanding. Questions are at the center of learning, which help identify and solve meaningful problems. Students work through a process that includes taking action toward their curiosity through asking questions, observing, investigating, and generating theories or solutions. Students make meaning through reflection, conversation, and revision of their thinking.
