Shuttle Bus Schedule
Shuttle buses will run to and from Ocean Park Marriott for all events. For some events, buses will run from Central and return to Admiralty. Please see the schedule below:

Free parking is available at the DCAA for the Thursday evening events (Strategic Vision and All Alumni Social). Parking is first-come, first-served, with up to 100 spots available. For all other events, we recommend taking the shuttle bus or public transportation to avoid clashing with school pick-up and drop-off logistics.
Homecoming Week - FAQs
Homecoming Week events are designed for alumni and former faculty and staff. Spouses are welcome as guests. If you would like to bring someone else, please contact us in advance so we can advise based on event capacity.
Yes. We have partnered with the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, where both our Welcome Cocktail and Spring Celebration will take place. A special rate is available for HKIS alumni and former faculty.

Not at all. Alumni and former faculty are welcome to arrange their own accommodation anywhere in Hong Kong.
Yes. HKIS will have a photographer capturing highlights throughout the week, and images may be used for school communications.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please email us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes. Each event has its own capacity and check-in list, so please register individually for the events you plan to attend.
Yes. Shuttle service will be offered between the Ocean Park Marriott Hotel and HKIS-hosted events. Details will be shared closer to the date.
Homecoming events are designed for alumni, former faculty and staff, and their spouses. Families are welcome to join you in Hong Kong, but the events themselves are not designed for children.
