Important Questions
The HKIS Spring Celebration is organized by the Advancement office to celebrate the contributions of the school community. Communications and information for the event will go out in full force in March through to the day of the event.
As of March 7, one event sponsorship remains available—the cocktail reception at HK$400,000. This sponsorship includes a table for you and guests you invite to join you. For more information, contact Heath Hignight, Chief Advancement Officer.
As of March 7, there are still tables available to purchase in order to attend the event. Tables are available at the following sponsorship levels.

This event is built around a model to secure the funds needed for the event and its fundraising goals purely through sponsorships and table sales. There will not be any fundraising during the actual event. The purpose of the event is to celebrate and spotlight the great things happening in the HKIS community.

- The purchase of a table at any price means that you are giving the gift of a wonderful meal and an unforgettable evening to the guests you invite to join your table!
- Table sponsorships help ensure that teachers and support staff can join in this celebration. In a way, your generosity makes it possible for the full community to participate and enjoy the evening.
- The remaining net revenue will be directed to the Annual Fund to support the school’s academic, athletics, activities, and creative programs.
Yes, you will receive a tax receipt for any amount above the fair market value of evening.
While there will be exciting and heartwarming performances and demonstrations by selected students, this event is designed for parents, adult alumni, and faculty and staff. Please plan accordingly for your family’s needs.

- There are ten seats available at each table.
- Those who purchase tables or a sponsorship are welcome to fill the seats with friends or other families. If you wish to host a member of the faculty or staff, you will receive instructions on how make an invitation.
Up to two families or individuals may evenly split the cost to purchase a table and receive a tax receipt.
This is not only allowed, but it is encouraged! Inviting families who are interested to learn more about HKIS helps share the word about this amazing learning community!
