Overview

Join us for a transformative 2-day workshop designed to equip educators with the knowledge and tools needed to implement Universal Design for Learning (UDL) in their classrooms.

UDL is not only a framework for teaching that aims to help all students thrive in an accessible learning environment, it is also a mindset or stance that educators have when planning and facilitating learning opportunities. This workshop will provide you with practical strategies to create flexible learning environments that can accommodate the diverse needs of all students.

Session Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Understand the principles and guidelines of Universal Design for Learning (UDL);
  • Learn how to apply UDL principles to curriculum design and classroom practice;
  • Develop strategies for creating inclusive learning environments;
  • Collaborate with peers to share ideas and best practices.
