Overview
Whether coaching forms the bedrock of your school's professional learning approach or you are planting the first seeds of coaching in your community, this workshop is designed to support you in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collective efficacy.
Participants will:
- Learn fundamental aspects of coaching (including dispositions and skills, systems and structures) and how to leverage the conditions that already exist to develop a coaching culture
- Create a solid vision for coaching that aligns with your context, capacity, and purpose
- Plan a course of action that meets the needs of your community now and consider how to grow for the future.

Fiona Robertson
Fiona is a Curriculum Leader at Hong Kong International School and has previously worked as a Teaching and Learning Coach (Pre K-12) in Vietnam and South Africa. She is constantly inspired by her partnerships with educators who want more - more for their students, more for themselves, and more for their profession.
