Overview
The Hong Kong International Schools Leadership Program is a one-year leadership learning experience for aspiring senior leaders from international schools across Hong Kong. Expressions of interest are open now for our next cohort starting in October 2026 (flyer)
Purpose
- Individual development for leaders (confidence, skills and knowledge)
- School capacity (culture, shared language, high trust relationships)
- Network connections (collaboration, cross-pollination of ideas, innovation)
Speaker
Chris Jansen is the co-director of Leadership Lab Global and Leadership Lab New Zealand and has implemented the Singapore International Schools Leadership Programmes with over 700 leaders for over 12 years, and the EARCOS Leadership Mentoring and Counsellors Mentoring programmes over the last five years.
Kasson Bratton is currently the Head of School at Hong Kong Academy, and previously was the Deputy Head of School at Nanjing International School
