Table Purchases
The 2026 HKIS Spring Celebration is a Sponsorship event ultimately benefitting the Annual Fund. This event is built around a model to meet event expenses and fundraising goals purely through sponsorships and table sales. A waitlist will be started once the tables are sold out.
As of February 24, only TWO sponsorships for the event remain available—the Dinner Sponsor (HK$750,000), and the Program Sponsor (HK$300,000). These remaining sponsorships include a table for you and your guests. For more information, contact Heath Hignight, Chief Advancement Officer.
Register your interest to purchase a table if one becomes available. It is possible that a table will become available to purchase if there is a cancelation. Please complete this waitlist form. The waitlist will be contacted in the order received.
- Sponsorships and table purchases provide the revenue to make the event possible.
- The purchase of a table at any price means that you are giving the gift of a wonderful meal and an unforgettable evening to the guests you invite to join your table!
- The purchase of a table at a higher amount supports the costs of the event production, as well as helping ensure that teachers and support staff can join in this celebration at no cost.
- The remaining net revenue will be directed to the Annual Fund to support the school’s wide range of academic, athletics, activities, and creative programs.
Due to updated bank fraud‑detection measures, card transactions involving higher amounts may occasionally fail. Should this happen, please contact [email protected] for assistance or for bank transfer instructions.
Yes, you will receive a tax receipt for any amount above the fair market value of the evening. The fair market value will be calculated once the final costs of the event are calculated.
- Up to two families or individuals may evenly split the cost to purchase a table.
I am not able to attend the event due to other commitments, but I want to support the HKIS Spring Celebration. How can I do this?
- You’re amazing! You can contribute to the HKIS Spring Celebration as an Event Patron. Make your donation using this online giving link. Your name will be included in the list of event patrons in the HKIS Spring Celebration print program and during the evening’s program.
This, too, is encouraged! The impact of an HKIS education on a family extends well past graduation day, and so this event celebrates them as well.
Due to the generosity of our community, all faculty and staff tables have been sponsored! You can still make a donation in support of the Spring Celebration and you will be acknowledged as an Event Patron.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, you’ll experience a journey unlike anything you’ve come to expect. Together, we’ll go back to the 1960s - where HKIS began - and travel forward through an immersive experience that looks to the future. Join us as we go Back to the Future.
