Overview
This two‑day workshop invites participants to reconnect with their professional purpose and activate it through a coaching mindset. Through a balance of personal inquiry and practical skill‑building, we will explore the mindsets and practices that strengthen effective coaching and leadership. Leave with a renewed sense of purpose and a clearer, more aligned approach to leading, coaching, and collaborating.
Across both days, you will engage in structured reflection, authentic dialogue, and hands‑on coaching scenarios that strengthen your ability to:
- Cultivate a coaching mindset grounded in empathy, curiosity, and trust
- Align your actions with your core values and aspirations
- Hold space for learning and productive struggle
- Impact learning culture in your teams and classrooms

Fiona Robertson
Fiona is a Curriculum Leader at Hong Kong International School and has previously worked as a Teaching and Learning Coach (Pre K-12) in Vietnam and South Africa. She is constantly inspired by her partnerships with educators who want more - more for their students, more for themselves, and more for their profession.
Fiona actively shares the transformative power of coaching and the challenges, changes, and celebrations on her journey through her consulting work, coaching podcasts, and her blog www.thecuriouscoach.net.
