- Concrete, ready-to-use strategies for supporting students who appear capable but struggle with follow-through, organization, time management, and task initiation.
- Practical tools and instructional approaches for building students’ time awareness, task planning, self-regulation, and cognitive flexibility across developmental levels.
- A simple, adaptable framework—Get Ready · Do · Done—that turns everyday tasks, assignments, and routines into teachable executive function moments.
- Targeted strategies for supporting students with ADHD, learning differences, and executive dysfunction in both academic and home contexts.
- Parent-friendly tools and language that reduce prompt-dependence and intentionally build student independence beyond the classroom.
- Tools and frameworks for parents to reduce prompt-dependence and build independence at home.
This is a learn‑it‑today, use‑it‑tomorrow workshop. Participants will leave with dozens of practical, immediately applicable strategies—and a shared, actionable language for understanding, teaching, and supporting executive function across home and school.
