In the 2026 - 2027 school year, HKIS celebrates its 60th Anniversary.

Homecoming Week

In Spring 2026, we kicked off 60th anniversary celebrations through a weeklong event with alumni and former faculty from all over the world. The week featured campus tours, faculty talks, student panels, a recognition ceremony, a massive alumni social, and a spectacular Spring Celebration including the current school community.

HKIS Origin Story

Debuted at the Spring Celebration in 2026, HKIS’s founding story will be shared across campuses in September through a student drama and an interview with Eric Mache ’68, son of one of the school’s founders.
